Survey Says: Best Practices for Building Your Train-From-Home Training Space

This year, the demand for virtual training platforms, fitness on-demand programs and home gym equipment has increased exponentially. Personal trainers and studio owners have been forced to quickly take their business online to maintain income. This session examines feedback from recent industry surveys and reporting to determine the best practices for a virtual training business in regard to building an ideally equipped train-from-home space while you stabilize and grow your online training revenue stream.

Elisabeth holds a B.S. in Education and Exercise Science and has served the fitness industry for over 15 years. She has a wide variety of industry experience from personal training and group fitness instruction to health club membership sales and fitness management. Elisabeth brought her knowledge and experience as a customer of Power Systems to their team when she joined as their Education Coordinator in 2015. Since then she has produced and co-authored educational content for live and virtual training sessions both internally for Power Systems staff and externally for industry educational partnership organizations across the United States.

PJ Stahl, MA, CSCS, is the co-owner and head coach of the digital training platform Sweat Equation, as well as the PROJECT STEEL™ Fitness Center based out of Los Angeles, CA. As a Power Systems Master Coach and Reebok/ReebokONE Elite Ambassador, he has served as an education provider for live events hosted by SCW, IDEA Personal Training Institute, IDEA WORLD and IHRSA. PJ serves as a fitness industry expert with over 20 years of experience and numerous certifications to provide an elite level of service.
