Presented by Mike Deibler

Walking is the key to longevity! Let Mike Deibler, Owner of Premier Training, show you over a dozen ways to challenge and motivate your older clients to walk — and walk fast! — on a daily basis. These innovative drills can be done anywhere, inside or outside, with large groups, small groups or individuals and with an absolute minimum of equipment. If you've never organized a structured walking program before you'll be amazed at how fast seniors generate power and you'll see first-hand how this power generates pride. The culmination? A "walking marathon" for your senior clients and groups!
