Prenatal Fitness 101: Latest Guidelines and Recommendations

While exercise during pregnancy is unquestionably beneficial, it also requires certain precautions, particularly as a woman progresses through her trimesters. In this session, learn about some of the specific concerns you may encounter when training a pregnant client, as well as exercise recommendations that will best support your client’s needs.

With nearly 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, leader/educator, Farel is the Director of Education & Culture at Chuze Fitness. Farel is also a subject matter expert in pre and postnatal fitness. Hruska has presented at fitness conferences on leadership and programming around the world including AFC (Bangkok), MEFIT PRO (Dubai and Egypt), IDEA China and US.
